Ingredients for filling
- 200 gm. chendol
- 360 ml. water
- 4 tsp. agar-agar powder
- 1 tsp. instant jelly powder
- 130 gm. sugar
- 250 gm. thick coconut milk
Ingredients for skin
- 4 tsp. agar-agar powder
- 40 gm. gula melaka
- 200 gm. Frezfruta Kaya
- 400 ml.warm water
- 200 gm. thick coconut milk
Method
- For filling: Put all the ingredients together into a pot and bring to boil.
- Pour into small chwee kueh moulds and let it set.
- For skin, mix all the ingredients and put into a pot and bring to boil.
- Pour some skin mixture into desired mooncake mould and let it half set.
- Put ready fillings in the center.
- Pour balance of skin mixture over, till it reaches the bri of the mould.
- Chill till well set in the fridge before serving.
