Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tblspn Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 tblspn Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs (Large)
- 1 cup Canned Blueberries(Drain Liquid-S&W Brand cold storage preferred)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 5 tblspn Almond Flakes
- 1/2 btl Frezfruta Apple Blueberry Jam
- 12 Muffin Paper Cups (Large)
- 1 Muffin Pan (Large)
Method
- In a Bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Next, add eggs one at a time, then add flour, blueberries, milk and cream to form a batter.
- Line up muffin cups and spoon a few tablespoon of batter into the cup. Add a drop of Frezfruta Apple Blueberry jam and fill it up again with a few tablespoon of batter.
- Sprinkle on top of the batter with almond flakes and bake them in a muffin pan for 180 degree celcius for 25mins
